It's a wow : A Nice Twitter Client for Ubuntu

Hey, it's me again. Now, I'm talking about Ubuntu. Ubuntu : never ending topic :D Forget it,, now, let's go back to topic. Talking about Twitter, Ubuntu have default twitter client named Gwibber. But,,, I honestly dislike it. It's slow (you may read it as not interactive) and ugly. The uglyness is the point. It has a baaaad baaaad and baaaaaaaaaad looking for an app. I have checked the official webpage (hxxp://www.gwibber.com) and the current screenshots are still the same. Ugly.

Now.. Please welcome to Hotot! It's a wow (great enough) for a GNOME app. It's nice. I like it.

Hotot is a rabbit. I just knew a few seconds ago after do googling. Anyway, it's a nice black-eyed rabbit. But related on Twitter, it's a damn nice Twitter client I've ever seen. Exactly, I used to rely on Tweetdeck, but it uses Adobe AIR to run. I just dislike the AIR apps. It feels heavy.

['How To' Section]
In Ubuntu, if you'd like to give it a try (trust me, it's great enough) do the following steps :

$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:hotot-team
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install hotot
UPDATE :
If you have not a right to install the app, you could try Hotot for Chrome. I didn't find the extension for Mozilla yet, since I mostly work on Chrome :D

Here is some screenshots of mine :

Note : since Hotot is not stable yet, it might be some bugs (still buggy). But so far I am using it (till the latest update), I just feel fine :)
